Still low humidity today...
>> Thursday, June 25, 2009
Above is today's edition of the Carolina Weather Video.
We will enjoy another day with lower than normal humidity values today with highs in the lower 90s and lots of sunshine. Keep in mind your plants will need plenty of water in this low humidity environment...I know our tomato plants can't seem to get enough water right now.
A weakening cold front will drop into the region tomorrow and bring the chance of some scattered showers and storms, mainly tomorrow afternoon and evening. A couple of the storms could wind up being locally strong to severe.
Saturday looks mainly dry with highs in the lower 90s. Then another cold front will bring the chance of a few showers and storms later Sunday and Sunday night.
Behind that second cold front, we will likely see some highs in the upper 80s and lows in the 60s early next work week.
