After a cool, damp day yesterday with a wedge in place, we will have spring-like warmth this afternoon followed by a wintry mix for some later tomorrow. This system will also be a big winter storm for many in the southern Plains, Lower Mississippi Valley, Tennessee Valley, Ohio Valley, and mid-Atlantic.
