SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF CASAR...OR
ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF MORGANTON...AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5
MPH.
* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
CASAR AND 7 MILES NORTH OF POLKVILLE BY 800 PM EDT...
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN CAN OCCUR WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER INDOORS AWAY FROM
WINDOWS AND DOORS UNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
