Near record warmth will be the big weather story for the next few days with highs temps well up into the 80s. However, a sharp temperature turnaround will occur for the weekend. In fact, I think we have a chance at seeing the coolest high temperature recorded on October 18 in many spots Saturday....quite a flip-flop.
That will depend on a coastal area of low pressure that will likely develop and spread in clouds, some shower chances, and blustery northerly winds for Saturday. More details as the week unfolds.
In the tropics, the Caribbean is abuzz with activity, but nothing that looks to threaten the US anytime soon.
