However, delightful weather is unfolding for us this afternoon. As I am typing this, it is currently 64 in Charlotte, 65 in Raleigh, 63 in Greensboro, and 61 in Boone. Dewpoint are in the teens and 20s, and there is not a cloud in the sky. In fact, there is not a cloud to be found anywhere from the Ohio Valley down through much of the Deep South.

It will be chilly again tonight as we head into the 30s. There could be some frost in spots. Highs will be well up into the 70s tomorrow, and I think many of us will hit the lower 80s Friday.
