Many folks in the Piedmont did indeed see some flakes in the air last night, and a fairly substantial snow fell up in the North Carolina mountains last night. I saw a report that Boone received about 5 inches! I encourage to scroll through the High Country Web Cams this morning....sure looks nice up there! I wish I was there to see it!
