Looks like we had warmer than avg winter this past season. Disappointing for snow fans. Was this winter El Nino or La Nina winter? Maybe next winter will be different in terms of being colder?

This was a La Nina winter. It almost certainly will be different next winter as this winter has been exceptionally warm overall.
