The showers and storms that pushed through our area yesterday have given way to beautiful conditions as a ridge of high pressure continues to build into our area throughout the day.  Accompanying this high pressure  will be light winds, low humidity, and plenty of sunshine with temperatures holding to the lower 70s.

Overnight temperatures will also be comfortable with lows dipping down to the lower 50s.  Thursday marks the next chance for showers as a weak cold front sweeps through our area.  However, chances of showers are not very high as there isn't much moisture for the cold front to work with due to the current high pressure over our area.  Therefore, only a slight chance of showers on Thursday with daytime highs in the lower to mid 70s and evening lows in the lower 50s.  All of this before a ridge of high pressure builds back into the area behind the cold front on Friday setting the stage for what looks to be a beautiful weekend ahead.
