Matt,
well i think that we are HOPLESS for getting snow! :( from the way its been looking here lately it seems that we are just going to get warmer.... so what are your thoughts about snow in january or feb.? post back (lol).
Thanks for all you do,
Brian
*Sigh* Things are not looking good for us. I mean, when's the last time we've actually had a White Christmas here? Looks like Winter's already over for us considering that we have yet to see any kind of winter precip.; not even a sleet pellet. Hopefully, January's cold will knock us out of this warm pattern and back into the cold temperatures we've been experiencing in Nov. and early Dec.
Matthew,
I think Brian is right? Maybe if you want to see snow, you might have to drive up north (to say - W. Virginia or somewhere?) Like him, I don't have much confidence that we will see snow and am not surprised if we start first few days of 2009 with high temps in the 70's or even 80's!? That sure will be a good sign of a Global Warming?
Hang in there....statistically speaking, most of our snows occur in January and February, so the winter has really just begun.
Everybody take heart....it will indeed snow here again sometime.
