It looks like we have now reached the time where storms are going to fire rather rapidly around our area. Look for a good amount of showers and storms for the next couple of hours. Some storms will likely be severe from time to time. Keep up to date!

Just want to say thank you very much for staying on the air during this very bad storms and giving us a live report as to where these storms are going. News14 has the best weather team in Charlotte. Just want to give a storms report. I stay near Rea road in Charlotte. And this lightning tonight wore very strong .Btw it sure seems like this storm tonight wore moving fast. I start hearing some lightning and seeming some lightning at 10:24 and it end at 10:42
