Out for a while....

What a great weekend weather-wise. Even though we had overcast skies Sunday, we were still able to enjoy very pleasant temperatures.

However, back to reality as we head through this week, with increasing levels of heat and humidity, along with the return of afternoon and evening showers and storms.

A tropical wave roughly 1100 miles east of the Windward Islands and an upper air low northeast of Hispanola bear watching for signs of development over the next few days, but right now, they are not showing any signs of that occurring.

I will be spending some time out of town with my family over the next few days. I will be back in the saddle again in the early morning shift Friday morning. Everyone have a great and safe week!
